📁 1. What file formats do your embroidery designs come in?

Most of our products include multiple popular formats, such as:
.EMB, .PES, .DST, .EXP, .JEF, .VP3, .XXX, and .HUS.

Please check the product description for the full list of included formats.

⬇️ 2. How do I download my files after purchase?

After your payment is completed:

  • You’ll be redirected to a download page

  • You’ll also receive an email with a download link

All downloads are delivered as .ZIP files for easy access.

🧷 3. I can’t open the ZIP file. What should I do?

Use an unzipping tool like:

  • Windows: Right-click → Extract All

  • Mac: Double-click the file

  • Mobile: Use a file management app like iZip (iOS) or RAR (Android)

If you’re still having trouble, contact us and we’ll assist you directly.

🧵 4. Can I use your designs for commercial purposes?

Yes! You can use our embroidery files to:

  • Create physical products to sell online or in person

  • Use on garments, accessories, or home décor

However, you may NOT resell, share, or redistribute the digital files themselves in any form.

💸 5. Do you offer refunds?

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges once the files are downloaded.
That said, if there’s an issue with a file, please reach out — we’re happy to help resolve it.

🛠️ 6. What if a file doesn’t work with my machine?

Please ensure your machine supports the file format you’re using.
If a design isn’t working as expected, we recommend:

  • Trying a different format from the ZIP file

  • Using embroidery software to convert it

📦 7. Do you sell physical items or ship products?

No, Craftisia currently sells digital embroidery files only.
There are no physical items shipped.

🎨 8. Can I request a custom embroidery design?

Yes! We accept a limited number of custom orders.
Please contact us with your idea, and we’ll get back to you with a quote and timeline.
