1. Digital Product Policy
All of our products are digital downloads (e.g., EMB embroidery files). Once a file is downloaded, it is non-returnable and non-refundable.
Due to the intangible nature of digital products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds after the purchase is completed.
2. Exceptions – Faulty Files
We will only consider refunds or replacements under the following condition:

The file is corrupted, broken, or unusable, and

You have contacted us within 7 days of purchase, and

You provide sufficient proof, such as screenshots or error messages.
If the issue is confirmed on our end, we will either:

Send a corrected version of the file, or

Issue a refund or credit, at our discretion.
3. Compatibility Notice
Before purchasing, please ensure:

You have the compatible embroidery machine/software to use the file format provided.

You understand the file format (e.g., EMB, PES, DST, etc.) and how to use it.
We are not responsible for:

Purchases made in the wrong format

Incompatibility with your software/hardware

Incorrect usage or resizing that damages stitch quality
