At Craftisia, we specialize in digital embroidery designs, which means there is no physical shipping involved. All our products are delivered instantly via digital download.

💾 Digital Delivery

  • All products are digital files only — no physical items will be shipped.

  • After your purchase is complete, you’ll receive:

    • A download link on the order confirmation page

    • A confirmation email with your download link

  • You can also access your downloads through your Craftisia account (if registered).

🕒 Delivery Time

  • Downloads are delivered immediately after payment is confirmed.

  • If you do not receive your email within 5–10 minutes, please:

📩 Failed or Missing Downloads?

If your file download fails or you’re unable to access your purchase:

  • Try using a different browser or internet connection

  • Contact us and we’ll resend your download link manually

🌍 Shipping for Physical Items (if applicable)

If we ever offer physical products (e.g. USBs, kits, or printed items), the shipping terms will be clearly stated on the product page.

Currently, we do not ship any physical goods.
