✅ You MAY:

  • Use the files for personal or small commercial use.

  • Stitch the design on physical products (shirts, hats, bags, etc.) for resale.

  • Use the designs on items sold on platforms like Etsy, Shopify, or craft fairs.

❌ You MAY NOT:

  • Resell, share, distribute, or gift the digital files in any form.

  • Upload or post the files to file-sharing sites, marketplaces, or Facebook groups.

  • Claim the design as your own or alter it and resell as a new digital product.

  • Use the files in any print-on-demand or mass manufacturing service without permission.

💼 Extended Commercial License

If you intend to:

  • Produce more than 500 physical units

  • Manufacture using automation or industrial embroidery

  • Use designs for large-scale resale or licensing
